Crank-Flywheel arrangement
Intended as an addition to the miniature Titan blocksetter featured in a Constructor Quarterly, the complete construction uses what must be the smallest adjustable crank-piston that can be made using Meccano (barring the use of the newly introduced suspension parts). Shown here is the flywheel using two steering wheels. Be sure to remove the steering wheel end-caps carefully, as the lugs may fatigue and break off. Technically, the flywheel would look better using 3 spoke steering wheels. Since I do not havean example of one, I had to settle for 4 spokes, generating an 8 spoke wheel.
